Monastery soup

Ingredients:

  3. Stir in the broad beans and vegetable stock. Cover the pan and let the soup simmer gently for about 10 minutes, until the potatoes and broad beans are fully cooked and tender.
  4. Add the chopped parsley to the soup and season with salt and pepper according to your taste preference. Stir well to combine all the flavors.
