Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 4 servings fresh chopped parsley
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 can black beans, rinsed & drained
- 1 can corn
- 2 diced fresh tomatoes
- 2 avocados, diced
- 2 fresh limes
- 1 cup salsa
- 4 servings olive oil
- 4 servings salt & pepper
Instructions:
- Place the thinly sliced chicken in a bowl.
- Drizzle with enough olive oil to coat.

- Let it sit for 20 minutes.
