- 3 tbsp Coriander Seeds, Roasted and Crushed
- 0.5 tsp Dry Yeast
- 0.75 cup Refined Flour
- 2 tsp Oil
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 tbsp Sesame Seeds, Roasted
- 0.5 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds (Optional)
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 0.5 cup water
- 2 servings Water as required (for Dough)
Instructions:
- Take a large bowl and add yeast and sugar with warm water. Set aside.
- In another bowl, sieve flour and salt into the bowl.
- Combine the yeast mixture into the bowl and knead a smooth dough with the required water.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30-40 minutes, or until the dough doubles in size.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Divide the dough into small portions and roll them out into thin sheets.
- Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds and crushed coriander seeds.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the lavash turns golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool before serving.
