  • 4 ounces Asian rice noodles
  • 2 tsp Real Salt sea salt
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 4 c organic, gluten-free chicken or vegetable broth
  • 4 c water

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, combine onions, carrots, and garlic. Mince the vegetables until they are finely chopped.
  2. Heat olive oil in a soup pot over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced vegetables to the pot and sauté for 7-10 minutes, or until they are just soft.
