Ingredients
- 4 ounces cooked chicken, diced small
- 1 ounce fat-free cream cheese
- 1 ounce low-fat cheddar cheese
- 0.25 cups Franks Hot Sauce or hot sauce
- 20 whole wonton wrappers
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the chicken into tiny pieces, as small as you can get it.
- In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and hot sauce. Mix together until well blended.
- In a small bowl, add some water. This will be used for sealing the edges of the wonton wrappers.
- Place 1 1/2 tsp. of the chicken mixture in each wonton wrapper. Dip your finger in water and run it along the edges of the wrapper to seal them together. Fold the wrapper over into a triangle and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat this step for the remaining wrappers.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the wonton wraps are lightly browned.
