Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cooked chicken, diced small
  • 1 ounce fat-free cream cheese
  • 1 ounce low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cups Franks Hot Sauce or hot sauce
  • 20 whole wonton wrappers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the chicken into tiny pieces, as small as you can get it.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and hot sauce. Mix together until well blended.
  4. In a small bowl, add some water. This will be used for sealing the edges of the wonton wrappers.
  5. Place 1 1/2 tsp. of the chicken mixture in each wonton wrapper. Dip your finger in water and run it along the edges of the wrapper to seal them together. Fold the wrapper over into a triangle and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat this step for the remaining wrappers.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the wonton wraps are lightly browned.
  7. Serve the Buffalo Chicken Wings Wonton Wraps with a side of light blue cheese or ranch dressing.
